This is the website for music group, slow handed. The band was formed in the future, where we were mostly a party band (weddings, bar mitzvahs, that sort of thing). In the era we came from, original music had become inbred to the point of extinction… not very inspiring. We decided to build a time machine and flee to a more fruitful era in musical history, a time known only to the elder musicians, the year 1973.

The trip back in time was great. We arrived safely in 1973 and spent a couple of years living like hippies; traveling from town to town, seeing live music, and collecting musical instruments. Then disco happened and we decided it was time to split. Unfortunately, on the way back our time machine broke down in the year 2011, and here we are… stranded.

We may be broke… but we do have a pile of old instruments. Vintage keyboards, drums, tape echos… you name it. We decided to record an album of creepy instrumental music so that we could generate some cash-flow to pay the rent until we can get our ride fixed. Maybe we can even get a couple gigs while we are here. You never know, if this bandcamp thing works out, we might just stay put!
